- A pound of freshly deep fried wings served with ranch or other sauce options

- Seasoned tender grilled Angus steak bites served with chili Thai sauce

Having over 40 years experience in the hospitality business, I’ve worked under Various Chefs from Great Britain, Switzerland, Northern Italy and Canada. Gaining experience in both front and back of house leading up to positions from 1st cook to executive chef and also general manager of large restaurants and complexes. Using this knowledge I’ve come to The 108 Golf Resort to help build this facility into a top rated Dining and Conference Centre where guests from all over the world come to visit and taste what we have to offer.
